She Rocks….exclusively by JeansWorld is a trend setter in clothing in Trinidad.
Once you wish to return an item, please contact the store via email to sherockspurchasing@gmail.com and include reason for return. Once authorized, the store will issue an RMA to be included in your return package.
Securely pack your merchandise and return form in a box or envelope of your choice. She Rocks and Jeansworld is not responsible for return shipping costs unless return is due to store error.
Please note that any shipping charge paid by you, is non-refundable unless you received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), in which case we will advise on most effective shipping method and cost reimbursement.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Returns to a store:
You must provide your invoice and the form of payment used to make the purchase when returning merchandise to a store. You may return your merchandise to any She Rocks / Jeansworld stores located in Trinidad and Tobago. Refunds for online purchases returned in store will be issued in the original form of payment, except for online purchases made using PayPal. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
She Rocks online reserves the right to adjust/change the returns policy with or without notification.
